Shipping Information:

Orders are filled within one business day of the order being placed. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified within 1 business day of the order being placed. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground or US Mail service unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

100% Refunds are given to returned products that were shipped in error or shipped damaged. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all other unused products. No returns will be authorized to used products.

A return authorization code must be obtained in order to return products. Call 800-245-2120 to obtain a return authorization number.

Credits will be given after the returned product is received by the returns department. The refund will be processed within 1 business day after the receipt of the products.
